Abounding In Wisdom

One thing I realized is that it is imperative to operate in Godly wisdom while living this life. There are so many hurdles, trials and circumstances that arise that we need God to help us navigate through.

That even comes to our businesses, our ministries and even relationships. Oftentimes, we can become overzealous and take things in our own hands thinking we are doing something, but when you allow God to lead you there is a peace and rest that comes upon you as you are navigating this life.

We have to remember that we are not God, we are not our protectors. God is our source, He is our sun and shield. He knows everything we will face, and even relationships and people that come into our lives. Sometimes we ourselves want to save people, we want to lead them and show them the way, but we have to remember we are vessels. God walks with us and uses us to help lead others to Him, to the truth.

I’m reminded of the bible verse, James 1:5, “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.”

Having Godly wisdom allows you to have the spiritual capacity to evaluate and see life from God’s point of view. It helps you to discern and make healthy choices according to the will of God for your life.

When you draw near to God and allow the Holy Spirit to minister to you; you will begin to receive wisdom and understanding for any circumstance that you are facing in life.

It could be a specific situation you are dealing with and you yourself do not know how to navigate through it; it’s as if you have exhausted all options and strength. Know that in that moment draw close to God, receive His strength and wisdom that you may receive instruction on what to do next. God always answers, when you stay in His presence you will receive everything you need in this life, you will abound in wisdom. Be encouraged, stay the course, and be blessed!
