Hi you, yes you! I’m here to encourage you today. I had a moment where you could possibly call it a breakdown. Have you ever felt that you are doing the best you can, but your best was not enough. It’s so crazy because in these moments it seems as if you encounter the worst people or situations. I want to encourage you that you are not alone.
Take a deep breath right there. We understand that life can be up and down and sometimes you are just wanting some relief. I’m reminded of the verse in Psalm.
In the book of Psalms, ch 23:4 states, “Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death; I will fear no evil; for thou art with me thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.” Do you feel that relief right there?
God is near to the broken heart; even when you are walking through the toughest moments of your life; He is right there with you. He is guiding you through, steering you in the right direction, strengthening you that you do not give out, you do not give up. He gives you the power and authority to take hold of the situation and overcome, to conquer it.
It is also important to reflect on those supportive people who have been there for you and that you can trust. Once you begin to pay attention to the healthy support that you do have around you, the less focus will be on who is not showing up.
There is something bigger on the other side of your situation, and when you break through; you will help others who are going through reach the other side. Be encouraged, be uplifted and know what you are enduring has a bigger purpose that will soon be made known to you.
